If you have never heard of DxSale, let me introduce it to you. The platform is popular for presales as it is known for being safe for buyers and on the other hand, developers can easily set it up. The main reason for that being, that the initial liquidity is automatically locked, the only variable then is for how long you lock the liquidity.

You will use the MetaMask wallet we have created earier to work with Binance smart chain (BSC), this article will show you how to buy ESSO on DxSale.

First thing to be aware of is that you have BNB on your MetaMask wallet and additionally that you have joined the right network.

Now open the presale page on DxSale (link will be provided via Telegram). When you open the webpage MetaMask extension window should pop up. It will ask you to connect, in case of not popping up, click on extension.

If you see this, you are not connected with your wallet, or if you are already connected, you need to wait for the page to load (sometimes it can be a bit slow).

Be aware that the network is BNB.

Below is an example of a presale that had a hardcap of 15 BNB. To contribute, you would input how much you want to contribute (between 0.1 BNB and 2 BNB).

Hardcap is in our case 200 BNB which basically means that presale ends when that amount is raised. After reaching presale goal we will have half an hour to finalize the presale. Finalizing means people who joined presale will be able to claim tokens and liquidity will be locked and added to PancakeSwap.

On the contrary, softcap is the lowest amount of BNB at which the project will still be considered successful. If in any case softcap is not reached, participants will get a refund after countdown ends.

After clicking contribute you will also have to confirm the Metamask transacion.

How do I send BNB directly to the presale?

In case you are dealing with problems with sending BNB via the webpage, there is an option of opening MetaMask and sending BNB directly using contract Presale Address.

On the photo below you can see how to send BNB directly, note that the address is different on every presale.

This is where your part is done, now it is presale creator’s job to finalize the presale and after you will be able to claim tokens. Tokens will be automaticly transferred to your wallet.

If you’re using the DxSale application with Trust wallet, make sure you change the presale link from https to http (remove the s).

Also one thing to note: when a presale is created, you have to deposit most tokens to the contract, that is why the contract will be the biggest token holder, and you can also see a contract symbol next to it (below is just an example I found). After the presale, the unsold tokens are locked in the contract and can’t be accessed by anyone, and the sold tokens are sent from the contract to the people who contributed.

If the tokens would be locked inside a DxLock contract, they would also usually have the contract icon next to it.
